Heaven's Cup Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and your relationship with Heaven’s Cup, doing business as OK Miller Farm Holdings, LLC (“Heaven’s Cup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Event Scheduling & Catering

To schedule an event, a signed contract is required via DocuSign or email.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of signing. If payment is not received within 7 days, the event date may be released to others.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Refundable Policy: Deposits or payments are non-refundable 90 days prior to the event to cover ingredient, staffing, and supply costs.

Cancellation by Heaven’s Cup: In the event that Heaven’s Cup must cancel an event due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, any amount paid to date by the client will be refunded. If only a deposit was paid, only the deposit will be refunded.

3. Donations

Donations made via the Site are used exclusively to provide meals for individuals in need.

Donations are processed through PayPal. Heaven’s Cup does not store credit card information on its servers.

Donations are not tax-deductible, and no tax receipts will be issued.

4. Disclaimer & Menu Changes

Heaven’s Cup reserves the right to modify menus, ingredients, or services based on availability of supplies, seasonality, or other factors beyond our control.

Event menus will be confirmed in advance, but minor substitutions may occur.

5. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails and event announcements (typically weekly or biweekly).

6. Limitation of Liability

Heaven’s Cup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, Site, or events.

Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the event or service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
